"The Blossoms of Faith"
Isn’t it wonderful to wake up with the glint of morning sunshine from your bedroom window? I am very excited for this year’s spring time, probably because it signals my busy months ahead.

I can only look forward with enthusiasm to even busier days off. Probably as beautiful as springtime is! Spring is the time of the year when people think of too many things that relates to welcoming a new beginning: spring cleaning, tax preparation, diet & exercise, gardening, planning for a trip, home renovation, and many exciting things we do.

In our long cold winter months of hibernation at last spring is here! Spring signals us that a new life has begun, for me it’s a rebirth of the world; it opens up a window of clear vast sky, spectacular array of colours of flowers in the field. Even the dandelions today shows off her dancing flowers, in a warm and cheerful day; the geese in the park laid their eggs waiting for the off springs to hatch soon. We can’t wait to dig the dirt in our backyards and set our favorite flowers, vines, bushes and sometimes our favorite trees.
Spring is the time for cleaning, maybe getting ready for the yearly garage sale and sometimes we can’t keep our feet off to the flea market to find some interesting stuff, perhaps treasures!

We are also reminded that this season is the time for reflection to begin a new year; fresh and rejuvenated. To clean not only outside and to get rid of all our junks but this season is the season to clean inside us and to revive our relationship with our creator; then it extends to our family, our friends in and out of our lives and so on…

Maybe this is the time also to go ahead of our plans that has been shelved for a while; mercy works, volunteering our hours for the Habitat for Humanity, visiting the sick, the aged, the prisons, or perhaps even just a simple “smile” and a “hello” to our neighbors, to the person walking by with a dog, a mom pushing a stroller with a baby, an old couple walking, and many more. Isn’t it a good feeling? Or perchance we don’t even need to do grandiose things. What we simply don’t know is; what the other person may have been going thru. "YOU" can make a difference! Count your blessings as we are lucky to see our world full of vibrant colours and not just black & white!
Don't be afraid of anything. Just as Jesus taught me, to treat my enemy with meekness, gentleness, kindness and love. For me this is what the spring is all about, it has brought me the blossoms of Faith.

Hello Dear friends;

These are my newest collections posted also on one of my webpage  http://www.flickr.com/photos/limoz5412/, I love to experiment on things and make use of my god given talent of being creative. I have been a lover of art ever since I remember when I was a child, when it comes to arts & crafts I have to make sure that "everything is perfect", but that's another story to tell.. stay tuned and learn more about me, my art & my photography.

Art and Photography is one of my greatest passions, living in the North is one of my utmost rewards, and it made me love the nature, animals, and its people, together with its splendor and diversity.
      I started painting at the age of five and I remember my very first abstract painting that I've made and I was proud of myself and gave it to my mother & father as a present. The artist in me is from my father's side I remember him telling me that there's no future as an artist. That word has probably discouraged me to paint and I would just watch my friends in envy while they paint & draw and as they joined into art competitions when I was young but that artist instinct in me is always there and would come out naturally when needed. I would always make a difference in art classes and would mark high in arts. I've redirected my fascination and concentrated in sports in my younger days to divert my interest in art; I would just satisfy myself by admiring and watching my friends, and my uncle paint all his magnificent portraits. I also remember when I was a child that I always love to take my parent's camera and would take pictures.... years passed by and it is still in my heart being an artist & loves photography. I took courses in arts & painting and the instructor noticed and told me that I am very naturally talented in painting and learn very quickly too.
      My aspect in life has since changed; I see more of life’s magnificence. I started to paint again after college and when I moved here in BC, I bought my first camera as well and I have captured my children's pictures and anything that would interest me thru my camera lenses and my watercolor painting. I have stopped taking images for a while and concentrated in painting, I stopped both as I got busy in my involvement in my church but I still have used my creativity and talent but never gave up my passion and love of the art.
      Last year my husband pushed me to buy a new camera and started shooting again. I finally decided to join the camera club with zeal and determination. I have learned a lot as it fosters personal growth, expression, creativity, excellence, and ethical conduct in all aspects of photographic endeavor. I have gained a very positive experience here. I love to read books and does creative writing as well, I love listening to Christian contemporary music. These are all truly inspiring, it made me live in this holistic era in a powerful and depth integration of our lives. It has covered the full spectrum of body, mind, and spiritual synergy that supports and encouraged me in living this wonderful life.
      I think of life itself now as a wonderful play that I've written for myself, and so my purpose is to have the utmost fun playing my part.
Where ever we are, whoever we are, whatever we do, & what we have accomplished is not merely by status we are living; but by being “ourselves” as I have succumb to my God’s grace and mercy.
I sincerely hope that most of us will serve us an inspiration to others, to enlighten, and be informed by their stories; as I have been! Thank you for taking the time to stop & listen.
